Katrina Lucero

CEO
Katrina Lucero

Katrina is a rare hybrid of technical operator, cultural polyglot, and seasoned entrepreneur with the operational discipline to execute ambitious visions. An Army veteran from the Military Intelligence community, she served as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and Cryptolinguist, attending the Defense Language Institute in Monterey where she gained fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin Chinese. She still uses those skills today, mostly to order Chinese food.

Her technical credentials include a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems with a Database Management concentration from DeVry, followed by years in tech pre-sales. But Katrina is not a typical technologist. She experienced the burnout firsthand and emerged as an intentional advocate for analog living, a perspective that now drives her most ambitious venture.

As a lifelong entrepreneur, she has spent the past five years as solo owner of a swim instruction business that thrives on repeat clientele who specifically seek out her proprietary methods and teaching philosophy. That operation sits atop 17 years of swim instruction experience and 15 years as a competitive swimmer and coach, giving her deep domain expertise in physical education, customer retention, and curriculum development.

Katrina's global fluency extends beyond language. She has lived in China, Colombia, and Albania, with extended travel through dozens of countries. That immersion in diverse cultures and environments shaped her understanding of how place and pace affect human wellbeing.

She is now channeling this unique intersection of skills, military precision, technical fluency, entrepreneurial execution, and global perspective into building the Anamoya team. Their mission: creating the world's first intentional pre-1998 lifestyle resort, a hospitality concept designed to deliver what digital-weary travelers are increasingly desperate to reclaim.

An avid reader, occasional writer, and constant ideator, Katrina brings both the systems thinking and the creative vision required to turn radical hospitality concepts into operational reality.

Leah Haight

COO
Leah Haight

Leah Haight is a multipotential changemaker operating at the intersection of operational strategy, fiscal rigor, and creative innovation. Backed by nearly three decades of service in state government and the U.S. Army, she possesses the rare multidisciplinary toolset required to drive complex initiatives from concept to completion.

As a retired U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent with over 22 years of combined Active Duty and National Guard service, including two combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan as a senior non-commissioned officer, Leah brings a proven track record of maintaining calm, decisive leadership in high-pressure environments where ambiguity is the only constant.

She excels at balancing high-level execution with rigorous oversight. As a policy analyst for a major Texas state agency, she manages multi-million-dollar contracts and crafts data-driven legislative recommendations that directly optimize government processes. This operational discipline is paired with a lifelong creative drive and entrepreneurial instinct. Leah routinely leverages non-traditional, out-of-the-box thinking to solve structural challenges that resist conventional approaches.

Her strategic vision is amplified by advanced technical capabilities. Holding a Master's in Digital Media Arts and Engineering from Louisiana State University, she applies sophisticated 3D modeling and design skills to real-world problems, including a patent-pending product currently in licensing negotiations. Whether designing scalable business operations, stewarding public funds, or bringing new innovations to market, she consistently transforms visionary ideas into high-impact, sustainable outcomes.

Leah currently lives in Liberty Hill, Texas, with her son, but will always call Louisiana her home.

Kevin Stefanich

CTO
Kevin Stefanich

Kevin brings 22 years of military operational leadership, including 11 years on Active Duty, and deep technical expertise to the table. As Senior Director of Air Mobility Operations for INDOPACOM, the most consequential theater in modern geopolitics, he directs strategic airlift and refueling operations across the Indo-Pacific region. He concurrently serves as Chief of Command and Control Operations for the 916th Air Refueling Wing and as the Tanker Mobility Subject Matter Expert for the Joint Nuclear Operation Center at Barksdale Air Force Base Global Strike, where his decisions carry nuclear surety implications.

His credentials bridge high-stakes operational command with hands-on technical mastery. Kevin holds a Master Navigator rating with 2,600 hours in C-130 variants including 900 hours of combat time, and is a commercially rated multi-engine pilot and certified flight instructor (CMEL/CFI/CFII) with 900 additional flight hours. This dual-track expertise, spanning strategic command and stick-and-rudder execution, reflects an operator who understands both the big picture and the critical details.

Before his military career, Kevin spent seven years in civil engineering and general contracting, earning his BSCE from Lehigh University in 1998. That private-sector foundation in project delivery, budget accountability, and stakeholder management complements his subsequent decades of military leadership.

He maintains active membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the National Association of Flight Instructors, and the Reserve Officers Association, networks that reflect both his continued engagement with the aviation and defense communities and his commitment to professional development.

Kevin holds a current TS/SCI security clearance, demonstrating sustained trust at the highest levels of government and the ability to operate with discretion in sensitive environments.

Natalie Felder

CDO
Natalie Felder

Natalie Felder is a servant leader who brings military discipline, cross-industry operational experience, and an uncommon blend of empathy and execution to every venture she touches. A disabled Army Veteran with a family lineage of military service dating to the American Revolution, she built her career on the principle that leadership starts with service.

Her academic foundation includes master's level coursework across multiple disciplines, with a deliberate pivot from a Harvard invitation to help build the emerging craft beer industry from the ground up. That decision reflects her core pattern: identifying opportunity early, committing fully, and executing with conviction.

Today Natalie operates as a full-time licensed REALTOR with EXP Realty, recently expanding her client capabilities by becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator. This vertical integration allows her to guide clients through the complete transaction lifecycle, reducing friction and improving outcomes. Her business is distinguished by a trauma-informed approach developed through years as a domestic violence victim advocate, where she helped numerous men and women exit dangerous situations. She extends that same advocacy mindset into real estate, ensuring clients navigate high-stress transactions with confidence and clarity.

Her operational credentials are matched by her communication reach. Natalie holds ministry credentials earned in 2015, enabling her to perform weddings and funerals while providing spiritual guidance to fellow veterans navigating post-service transition. Her creative writing has been published in Hunter S. Thompson's Woody Creeker magazine, and she has been featured across multiple podcasts and interviews spanning real estate, military affairs, and craft beer industry development.

Natalie is best described as an iron fist in a velvet glove: compassionate in approach, unwavering in execution, and unapologetically weird, which is exactly why she has thrived in Austin for 18 years.
